BEHONEST® è la prima startup italiana a certificare, valorizzare e promuovere la qualità dei dati, che raccontano la vita e le attività degli attori del settore sociale. E CasaOz è uno dei primi enti a ricevere la certificazione, il cui obiettivo è garantire la credibilità di chi opera nel Terzo Settore e tutelare chi dona e investe nel sociale.
Si concentra su sette aree di interesse: compliance legale, per verificare il rispetto della normativa vigente; trasparenza, intesa come la produzione dei documenti obbligatori, che servono a far conoscere l’ente a chi lo sostiene; governance e risorse umane, per valutare l’insieme di organismi, strumenti e persone dell’ente che contribuiscono ad una corretta ed efficiente conduzione delle attività; gestione operativa e sociale, per analizzare la capacità dell’ente di pianificare i propri bisogni e di tradurre le aspettative in risultati sociali; gestione contabile, amministrativa ed economica, per verificare l’adeguatezza del sistema amministrativo contabile e le performance economico-finanziarie; sostenibilità, per comprendere se ci siano o meno aree di interesse e di rispetto per l’ambiente; fundraising e analisi tecnica delle performance, per accertare le strategie e la redditività delle raccolte fondi, nonché quanti donatori sono attivi e come.
